The one gadget your old car needs in this era
I've always been thinking of an in-car Bluetooth FM transmitter for my old 2006 Honda that doesn't have a bluetooth option. After I saw this in my friend's car I decided to try it out. So here are my good, bad and final opinion
The good -
1) Excellent call quality - I originally thought of getting the KM20 thinking its the newer one. I'm so glad i didn't after reading some good reviews where reviewers commented on how their call quality wasn't that great. I have to say this one kicks ass. Crystal clear calls with no lags or low volumes or breaks.
2) Easy pairing.
3) Autoconnect if switch is left on - the moment you get into your car, it'll connect your phone ( if its bluetooth is on and is paired ).
4) The wheel - I am old school and love the wheel. Both for volume and its a click button as well.
5) Aux port and SD slot - so music unlimited in short. Any mode.
6) Sleek design.
7) Charging usb port - always a handy feature.
The Bad -
Yet to find one. pretty good device this is and no wonder its highly reviewed on amazon.
The Bottomline -
If you want to upgrade your old car by adding one simple, cheap and useful device, then this is it. It gets you many uses in a small package. very functional. Don't think twice on it.

Works well with older vehicles
The KM18 Bluetooth plus FM transmitter is awesome! The moment I climb into my van, it automatically connects to my phone. I drive a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country and my van has seen it all. The CD player is busted and it doesnt have an aux port so using a tapedeck aux and radio were my only forms of musical entertainment. This device has changed the game tremendously! I can listen to Pandora and Spotify stations through my car stereo. I still have to plug in through the tapedeck aux system, but who cares...I have options now.
I also like the hands free phone option as well. Where I work the cops LOVE to hand out tickets like Oprah if you are on the phone while driving. I've had the device for a week and been driving around having hands free conversations with ease. I can hear and the people I'm speaking to can hear me clearly as well. It comes with a free 18 month warranty, a charging port, and an on/off switch. I love that I can control the volume, see who's calling, and switch songs without ever taking my phone out of my purse.

convenient way to connect your phone to a non-Bluetooth car radio
The Nulaxy KM18 Plus FM transmitter is a cute little adapter to allow your cellphone to connect to older car radios without Bluetooth. You phone can connect to the KM18+ over Bluetooth, or if you don't want to use Bluetooth your phone can direct connect to the Aux port. If your car radio at least has an audio in jack, you can direct connect to it through the AUX port on the KM18+ for relatively clear audio. If it does not have an audio in jack, then you will need to depend on the FM transmitter to broadcast to a FM frequency that your radio will be able to tune to. To be clear, the AUX port on the KM18+ will handle AUX in OR AUX out.
Most people have a single cigarette lighter port in their car, and it is already taken by their phone charger. The KM18+ comes with 2.1A USB port that you can use to charge a phone, though it will not support quick charging.
As a bonus, the KM18+ can also play MP3 or WMA files off of a MicroSD card up to 32GB in size.
This unit is a compact and fits comfortably in the palm of your hand, though after you set it up you probably won't need to do much besides hit the big green button on the middle of the unit to pick up an incoming call.
So far, I have selected an unused frequency, and successfully connected to KM18 over Bluetooth. The volume seems rather low, even with the volume on the KM18 as well as Bluetooth device on the phone maximized. I will try direct connecting to the KM18 next.

Overall. a good device.
I have only had the product a week. I recommend the one with the power button because on some cars the power will remain on in this device after you shut your car off which will drain the battery. The device could have a better flexible hose. The one used is short, constrictive, and does not twist. The first time I ordered this the display was upside down (no issue with the return/exchange). I agree with others who have recommended turning down the volume on the Nulaxy and maxing out the volume on your phone and car stereo first, then adjust the volume by using the dial on the Nulaxy. By doing this the sound is crisp and clean; no complaints there. Overall, I recommend this device.

Perfect if you have a car without bluetooth
I was initially very skeptical about this product, but since I own a 2006 car with no bluetooth, I figured the price was worth the try. I am very happily surprised with my purchase. It took longer to unbox it than it did to set up in the car. A few button pushes to find a FM station to broadcast through, and I was listening to my music. With the charging port in the base, I don't have to worry about my phone going dead when I'm driving.
The audio is pretty good as well. Occasionally, when the music is very quiet I can hear a bit of static. I have not driven long distances with it, so I can't speak to how well it adapts to changing FM frequencies far from home.
I can now use my phone hands-free and listen to music. I highly recommend.

Wouldn't recommend leaving it in your car if you live in Alaska or places where it is very cold in the winter!
Fantastic product! Live in AK so almost all driving is distance and radio stations are available! Set station and this thing synced up perfectly! Forgot that it links up to my iPhone and I was able to take a call and the mic on it worked great and had a conversation through my car stereo. Love the off/on feature when car is off. Easy to use the interface is pretty straight forward. Would be cool to have some functions to switch through genres or shuffle song list. Haven't tried to stream Pandora but I'm sure it'll do great! Definitely worth the money. It grabs ahold of a FM station and locks it in! One thing that would be sweet is if it had a shuffle option!

Works great. Would give it a gold star for transmission !! The microphone could have been better.
I bought this product last week and used it over the weekend. Tried driving the car for few hundred miles and the FM transmitter works great. Even in areas with not many vacant FM slots as well it worked great. The phone microphone could have been better, as when you respond to calls you need to yell on top of your voice for the other person to hear well, so i end up using my headphones for talking. That is the reason for the 4 stars. That is the only issue, otherwise for the price this is a great transmitter.

With all the great reviews I went ahead and overlooked the bad reviews ...
With all the great reviews I went ahead and overlooked the bad reviews but to listen to music static is annoying also plus trying to find a clear fm station is not easy. However after playing a bit if you reset tuning options like base, treble plus the volume on phone vs radio and nulaxy it is pretty clear. For the price I’m happy not perfect but better than buying a new car. One other thing for cars with auto antenna they stay up all the time while using this product so be cautious at the car wash.

I love this Nulaxy 2017 . This is a must have if you do not have Bluetooth synced radio in your vehicle This was very easy to set up and works great This will make any FM stereo just like a Bluetooth synced radio I drive a garbage truck that has a very old stereo system in it and this works great I can play anything on my phone and with radio stations each having their own apps can listen to any radio station anywhere through the speakers of my truck Just find A FM station with nothing playing on it And it will now play anything coming out of your smartphone, And will also work as hand free Phone . this is a must have

Well worth the price
I've been using this Nulaxy KM18 Plus for 3 to 4 weeks now in a 2005 Silverado, and I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. The bluetooth functionality is even better than I expected. Calls come through loud and clear. People I'm talking to say that they can hear me clearly and that it just sounds like I have them on speakerphone. I haven't streamed music via bluetooth, so I can't comment on that. I have about 16GB of music on a 32GB micro-SD card and this thing reads it flawlessly. The "random" function works well, which is necessary since it doesn't read playlists. The one thing that disappoints me is the sound quality. It's not realistic to expect CD quality sound, but I did expect it to sound as good as my favorite radio station. It just doesn't have quite as good dynamic range, signal-to-noise ratio, stereo separation, etc. - sounds more like a low quality "local" station. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. I wish they made these with a bigger screen and better sound quality - I would pay more for one.
