Amazing Table, just what I was looking for!
This is exactly what I was looking for; Something that was spacious enough the have a laptop and a mouse and still had room underneath for my legs. This doesn't need my lap in order for it to be in use and the legs are very sturdy. The top portion of 2/3 of the table does come up and would be great if you are using it for reading, grading papers, or something along that line since the other 1/3 is flat you can have a notebook out and take notes. The only downfall of this product that i could see is it is a bit on the heavy side but it's because it's very sturdy and had metal legs and backing.

Nice bed tray
I've only been using this for a few days, but I really like it so far. It's big enough for my laptop (which is 17") with some room leftover, but I mostly use this for my Surface. I have the type pad, which I use all the time with it, and they both fit on the tray perfectly (with plenty of room for my to use a mouse, if needed). You could easily eat on this - there really is a lot of room.
I like the two slots at the top that hold a tablet and cell phone. I think it's a nice feature to give you the most of the work space on the table top.
The table part of the tray is made of a heavy-duty plastic that seems pretty durable. I like that the left side can be at various angles, though I don't currently have a need for it. It's a nice bonus feature to this tray.
I know people have complained about it being heavy, and it is quite heavy, but that doesn't bother me. I've been using it in bed, so I don't have a problem with the weight.
The only real complaint I have is that the legs don't lock in place. Moving it around even a little makes the legs start to fold inward. I haven't had the problem of it falling so far, but I could see that happening if you were to move it around too much without readjusting the legs outward. For me, this isn't a deal breaker and I like the tray well enough that I can deal with the leg issue.
The other (very minor) complaint I have is the plastic piece on the tray that rests closest to your body. I understand the purpose is to keep things from sliding off the table when you angle the surface, but I wish it was removable as it tends to get in the way when I'm typing. This is just a minor annoyance, but I thought I'd include it as a reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall, I am extremely happy with this tray and, for the money, it's a great buy.

This lap desk is so awesome! I just got a new laptop and didn't want to have it get hot just sitting on my lap like my old one because the lap desks I had weren't sturdy enough to support it..... took a chance on this and WOW! I love that it's adjustable and there's even a surface to the right where I can write notes or a grocery list. Also cool how I can have my phone on the charger and have it stand up without getting tangled up by the cord.

Great lap tray with multiple uses
I bought this because I do a lot of reading and sometimes a bit of writing, searching for things at night on the bed. This makes it all so easy. I can sit back and do what I need without suffering a back ache. I do recommend a good strong pillow or cushion that will give you the lumbar support. For me it is just the right hieght and not have to worry about it being too high or too low. Also the slot for the tablet is a bit too far back but that was easily fixed by liftiing the board up to the first rung. It will be in the perfect position so you don't have to reach for it and is a lot more comfortable. The only complaint I have is the well where it sits is a bit deep and makes it hard to get to the reset button. No big deal since most everything I do on it I can place it on the side and it works well. It is is also perfect for a small keyboard and since your device sits in the well you will have plenty of room for a medium keyboard which I have as well as the small one. I cannot say if a larger one will be a better fit but from the space I have with the medium, I would say the large one could possibly also fit. It does have a small rise on the bottom where my keyboard rest so you don't have to worry about a key board or if you decide you want to place your phone or tablet flat, it will hold hit without worry of it falling off.. Also the well for the cell works just like the well for the tablet. Which is great since I don't have to be searching for my phone or pick it up when it goes off, seeing who is calling or messaging is so easy as well as anwering and placing it on the speaker(I hate placing the phone against my ear). This is totaly hands free for me. Right now my husband is bedridden and uses it as a food tray as well as what it was meant for. It is perfect for him since he likes to read both on his tablet and real books. Planning on buy another one so we don't have to share. Highly recommend it.

Excellent Tray!!! Very happy with this purchase.
Fantastic Lap top tray!! I really wanted a new one because the one I had was plastic and just did not do the trick for me. I searched AlumiGogo until I came across this one and based on the reviews this looked like it would be a great fit! And it certainly is and much more than I expected.
This tray is heavy!! I am mean heavy and sturdy! This is not a flimsy tray at all! So, if you are looking for a tray that can hold your items and also be sturdy this is the one! I love how I can put my phone, tablet, laptop, mouse and pen/paper on it! The nice thing about this tray is that you can adjust the angle to properly fit your laptop and it does not move at all. There is plenty of room for your mouse or just to use as a writing section for notes and such.
Very happy with this purchase! I use this tray on my bed and also on my couch. I am 5"feet tall and this sits at eye level for me so there is no straining on my neck, this is a plus because I have neck pain and after awhile it can get sore.
I would recommend this tray 100%

Okay, but could be better...
I debated giving this a four-star review, but couldn't.
1. If you have a mattress that is not super firm, it tips over way too easily due to the rounded legs. Especially with a heavier laptop on it like my outdated XPS 15z. I've had it fall over several times with my laptop open. I definitely would not place any beverages on it or use it as a food serving tray.
2. It's quite heavy for a lap desk/tray and very top heavy which adds to the tipping over problem. It's not so heavy that it can't be picked up easily enough, but if you have an already heavy laptop, it's really quite the hassle every time you have to get up when using it. I also have to remove my laptop every time I get up so it doesn't fall over.
3. The legs fold in a little too easily. You have to be extremely careful if you decide to shift just a little to the left or right. A lock in place mechanism of some sort would have been useful.
It does have a few pros. It has a large surface area and fits my beast of a laptop with room to use my mouse on the side. It sits fairly high up (which could also be a con), so it is extremely roomy underneath. The tray tilts up which is a nice feature if you're using a tablet. And the phone slot is also convenient.

Simple, Sturdy Tray
This is a great lap tray. The surface area of the tray is quite large, and the slots for phones and tablets are a nice addition. I was concerned about stability and quality of construction when looking at similarly designed trays on AlumiGogo, but this is a very solidly built tray (in fact, it is heavier than I thought it would be).The tray stays firmly in place when it is set at an angle, and it is plenty sturdy despite the fact that the legs do not lock in place. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, and I do not think there is a better tray for the price on AlumiGogo.

Although I only had it for a few days, I really like it so far. It's big enough for a laptop, but I mostly use it with my iPad and iPhone. The two slots at the top that holds tablets and cellphones are a very nice feature. Gives you plenty of space for a wireless keyboard (which I have) or anything else you might need the space for. It is a little heavy, but very sturdy. If you need to write something using a notebook or pad, the left side can be adjust to various angles, very comfortable. It looks very well made and durable. Overall most certainly would recommend it to anyone.

It's a good size. The surface is easy to work with
The pros: It's a good size. The surface is easy to work with. It feels sturdy. The slots for the ipad or phone are handy. It's a good stand-up desk if you put it on top of a table. Cons: It's a heavy tray. It weighs 9 pounds! The legs are a little too wide for where I wanted to use this. It would help if the legs could lock in place. Once you get all set up, if the legs cave in, it's a lot of weight that comes down. I bought this to use during recovery from surgery. I didn't realize it was heavier than I was supposed to lift right after surgery, so it became unusable. I was going to return it, but the shipping was half the cost of the tray.

I love that it has a spot for your tablet and ...
The lap tray is okay. It's way heavier than I expected it to be, so it's difficult to pull up onto the bed if you're laying down. Also, the legs are wobbly if you're not on something more stable. I love that it has a spot for your tablet and phone, and a bar that sticks up to hold your laptop in place. I just wish it was lighter and more stable. I don't use it as often as I planned to because of these two factors.
