One year battery life then buy again through their "recycle" program
Work pretty great, connected very easily and are all functioning as advertised. My only complaint about this product is that the battery only lasts one year and then you buy new tiles at their "discounted price". So it becomes likes a permanent annual subscription and I assume replacement price are not as friendly as AlumiGogos because they sell their tiles at a much higher price through their payment site. If they reform this policy to make the replacement tiles much cheaper I will stick with them, if not I'll probably just find whatever knockoff is around by next year considering this technology is just basic Bluetooth connectivity

Chimes should be louder
Purchased this as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law, who is always losing his keys, wallet. Unfortunately the chimes are so faint you can barely hear it. Not sure if it will help them find anything!

The original and still the best
These are fantastic. I bought the TrackR originally, but they were nowhere near a replacement for the Tile. The new size of the Tile Slim is perfect for a wallet and the new Minis are just as-expected.

Not easily placed in a wallet
A lot thicker than I thought. Slim isn't really that slim. Several (like 6) cred cards thick. Not easily placed in a wallet, okay for a purse or bag. The key chain one is ok, not thin or discreet. Also not a fan of the "always on" tracking through the phone, so I ended up turning it off after a couple days.

Can you hear me now? Not really.
These are useful, and a good product, but the tiles are not nearly loud enough. I tested my wallet one while out, and couldn't hear it at all, even though it was in my pocket. I could barely hear the one on my keychain from outside the living room. If they made the kind of sound that the app makes when sampling the tile tones before downloading them, they would be far better. I'd give these 3 1/2 stars as is.

Love the product. Hate the app!
Love the product. Hate the app. I added one of these to my car keys and placed on inside my wallet for peace of mind. Product works fine. But the app sends annoying notifications and emails.

Just one key feature missing...alert when out of range
Overall this is a good product but, it would be better if there is a feature to alert me when I am out of range with my wallet or keys.

Kind of complicated
I like the concept of tiles, but they were NOT that easy to figure out how to use - the app is somewhat complicated and there are NO instructions in the box. You have to use the app. Also, there were conflicts when my husband and I tried to "share" the notifications. The app didn't seem to be able to figure out whose phone was whose, or whose keys belonged to whom. When we tried to locate each other's items, it was very inconsistent - sometimes locating the proper item, and sometimes locating the other person's item. Plus some of the tiles are too big to put into spaces like wallets, etc. The small tiles are better.

Great for anyone prone to misplacing important items!
I got these for family members who have a tendency to misplace important items. The keychain tile is small and unobtrusive and the slimmer wallet version fits perfectly in credit card slots. They are easy to set up and the app is functional and does just what you would expect - help you find your lost stuff! Will be getting a new set when the batteries on this bunch wear out after a year (it's great to not have to worry about needing to charge the batteries on these like other devices).

These don't work that well.
Maybe can help finding something but in testing most of the time were worthless. Also, have to keep the app running and it sucks, absolutely sucks down battery life. Seems to be a product people buy, get disappointed, and abandon while being out their money. Like how many people still use their Clappers?
