I'll never go back to a traditional game camera.
Been using this camera for about a month. I am a hunter but bought it to use for security and surveillance on a new house we are building.
I was under the impression that only AT&T users could purchase this camera. This is not the case. The data you use comes directly from bushnell as a monthly service. True, it is AT&T data but you cannot add it to your existing plan. Starting at $9.99 a month you get 1,000 downloads. I opted for the $19.99 3,000 download option.
Setup was very easy and I highly recommend downloading the bushnell app as you can change the settings on the camera remotely. The camera has a "field scan" option which is supposed to let you view the area such as a food plot without the camera being triggered at a set period of time which you specify. I have not been able to get this option to work which is the only reason I am not giving the camera 5 stars.
The picture quality is very good. GPS pinpoint was within inches of its exact location. The camera sends pictures within a minute of taking them in most cases.
Overall this is a great camera with multiple uses outside of just game photos. It's working great as a surveillance/security camera on our construction site. We know when subs are there and can see the progress they've made. This would be great for a remote piece of property where no wifi is available to keep an eye on things. As long as you have decent AT&T phone reception, $9.99 a month is pretty cheap security after the initial investment in the camera.

So far so good
First month with this camera and it has worked great so far. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the quality of pictures taken at night. Daytime pics are crystal clear but nighttime pics are not great. But the camera has functioned very well. I live over 300 miles from where I placed this camera and I receive pics all day everyday. Just be sure that wherever you place this camera, it has good AT&T service. I have verizon but I had a buddy with me who has AT&T so we were able to check the service at the location using his cellphone. As far as having a trail camera that sends pics to my phone, it's everything I hoped it would be. I'm purchasing another one and will update review later if needed.

but it's awesome. I have not had any false triggers
I have only had it a week. but it's awesome. I have not had any false triggers. every pic has a animal in it I can't state the long term.but I've used the non wireless version for two years. exact same cam just no texting i had 3 of them and never had any issues. and for the money the picture quality can't be beat. only thing better is a $500 reconyx.
I have owned spypoint and used a friends covert and this is leaps ahead. at&t is not a issue in my area. and im am getting text within a minute from the time the pic is taken. I would suggest you take a at&t cell phone, to the area you plan to use it. if you have good reception on it,you should be good to go. this is a game changer. it's the instant text we all been waiting for.

I like ti but do not believe the coverage map
I like ti but do not believe the coverage map. buy from someone who will give a no questions asked money back guarantee if you cannot get good reception. it is locked to at&t but feeds thru bushnell server and the data price is very reasonable. Bushnell tech support is great but the cam needs an external antenna and a better modem before it i great for all areas. when it works it works great but it works 1 day out of 5 at my cabin.

Best money I've spent in years
Best money I've spent in years. I live 250+ miles from the area I grew up hunting as a kid and I've learned more about that area in the first two weeks I had this camera out there than I had in 30+ hunting seasons. Awesome piece of gear & I plan to buy a second one. I got a second one for Christmas & will be putting them both out this weekend.

Wireless is the way to go
somple set up. . Used this in the lower Catskills and picked up a strong signal. Picture quality is ok. You'll need to set it out and remotely adjust over a few days to get the quality where it's acceptable. For those who are far enough away where you don't want to go out and check the card that often this is the cam for you

Makes checking Game Camera Pics Easy
Makes checking Game Camera Pics Easy. Saves Money and 3 hour drive back and fourth to our property, So much better than their first generation. Picture is clear. GPS automatically finds location. Awesome price with AlumiGogo. I did have to move it a couple times for it to get a signal, but when I did it picked up 4 bars. Night time pics no better or worse than my other cameras. I would buy again.

but this is a great way to view remotely
Wish it had the GPS receiver built-in and some camo skins in pine pattern, but this is a great way to view remotely. Batteries last about a month

Much better than previous model
Significant improvement over the prior model. I have 4 of these cameras, 3 of the older model and 1 new model. The new model takes and transmits much better photos, locates the GPS coordinates on its own and has a much better battery compartment. Bushnell fixed most of the issues with the prior model and lowered the price.
