They were all pretty easy to put together
I ordered the desk, bookcase and credenza from the Cottage Road collection. They were all pretty easy to put together, just time consuming! I was about to do all three over the span of 12 hours, with breaks (I have a 6 month old) and lunch/dinner etc. The desk was by far the most time consuming because it has quite a few smaller parts, but it was still easy to do. I followed the instructions to the T. I was very pleased that I was not missing any parts and everything lined up perfectly. No broken pieces as they are packed very well. I wasn't sure how they would look or feel in person, but they are solid. I am really glad I chose to get this collection as I was going back and forth on it for a few weeks. I finally decided to bite the bullet and I'm happy with my purchase. I have attached pictures as well. Everything looks exactly as the pictures online did.
The credenza is HEAVY, so be prepared when it arrives! I was not expecting that but it was a pleasant surprise since as I stated earlier, it is a solid piece of furniture.

Easy to assemble, clear instructions, very heavy though, may need two people to move/lift. Very solid, great appearance, completely satisfied. We also bought the Sauder desk which matches nicely.

Me and my fiancé love our new credenza
Me and my fiancé love our new credenza. It comes in one box and is extremely heavy. The wood does not look like it will fall apart easy. The counter is solid. It took 2 hours to install but for someone more handy maybe 90 minutes. Very easy clear instructions. Would definitely recommend this product.

Nice unit! Panels fit together well! Looks good!
Nice for all MDF construction! Looks great in our home office. Assembly took about an hour. Directions were very easy to understand. There’s a lot of screwdriver use. The instructions state to not use power drivers. Over tightening will result in failed twist lock connections. I accidentally over tightened one and it failed. Not a big deal. There’s about 40 of them holding it together. Don’t force anything. All the pieces fit easily together. I’ve included a few photos so you can see how many pieces of material your needing to assemble. I really like the top! It’s very realistic looking. One note is the shipping box has a weight of 130lbs. The FedEx guy struggled with it and so did I trying to get it in the house. Not a piece designed for abuse but very solid once it’s all together.

Heavy solid storage unit
This item went together perfect. Was super heavy! I had trouble getting the box in my house. I opened it and took it upstairs piece by piece. I put it together myself and I am a lady. It took time but instructions were clear. I love it, it's solid. The shelves dont just sit in easy, I had to slap them down some and that scratched the paint inside the unit a little but it couldn't be helped. These machine cut particle board pieces are rarely perfect so, you know. The paint scratch is inside so who's gonna know? It's so reasonably priced and just what I needed. I'm happy!

LOVE IT! This looks like it's a $500 bookcase. It's nice and big and has little details that make it look a tad fancier that it is. Things to note: it's HEAVY, I'm stubborn and put it together myself but, had to bring it in piece by piece and almost dropped it a few times. Also, it look me 90-120 minutes to put together, A LOT of screws.

Very pleased. Don't leave the back piece off.
Assembly time is about 90-120 minutes. It's all press board, but the finishing is good. Very pleased with it and the packaging was sufficient that a few punctures didn't result in any of the pieces being damaged. We've been looking for a long time for a low bookshelf for all of our children's books and there's just few options that are short and have more than one divider (sofa tables generally have none). The nameplates look better in person.
I've seen some suggestions for leaving the back sheet off. DO NOT DO THIS. If you want another color, wrap fabric or wrapping paper around it. Use most, if not all of the nails. For the most part, the shelves are deep enough that it's not terribly visible.
Take it from a structural engineer, that piece, even though its dense cardboard, stabilizes the shelf. Think of three square plates with one on resting on top of two situated upright, creating a box. A slight sideways horizontal push at the upper corner and the thing collapses. Same concept. That cardboard adds significant rigidity (it's a shear panel).

Looks like real wood!!!
We LOVE this credenza. Although it's particle board, the finish looks so real as if it were repurposed wood. It lookseems authentic. It does have a different finished look than the salt oak that Sauder sells but it still is a great addition to our office. Assembly was easy.

The bookshelf looks nice set-up and it seems very sturdy. However, the top board came with a cracked corner and a dent in the wood. I don’t think either will be a large problem, but a brand new piece of furniture in undamaged packaging should be in perfect condition when it is unpacked.

Get what you pay for
The package arrived on time however, even after looking over the box to ensure it wasn't damaged I opened it, started putting it together and found all these different blemishes. I had it halfway together by the time I found the first one so instead of leaving my TV on the floor for another week I just went ahead and assembled it. It looks just like the picture except mine is already warn and messy. I'm truly disappointed. It would of gotten 5 stars had it came in perfect condition.
