These are great in theory
These are great in theory, but not in practice.
These rolled down and slid around while I walked -- and yes, I ordered the correct size -- settling as thin bands around my legs. No matter how many times I smoothed them back out, they would do it again.
Plus, on my first wear, a large hole developed in the lace. If you're making a product to prevent thigh chafing, why would you use a fabric that can't stand up to friction.

I Feel Sexy and Feminine Again!
I didn't even know what "chub rub" was until I joined a Plus Sized group when I was planning our honeymoon to Disney.
But, I knew it not only made me miserable, but really embarrassed me.
When my husband and I were first dating, I had to resort to wearing bike short style panties anytime I wore a skirt. Of course, I had to worry about those bike shorts showing under the skirt as lumps, below the hem of the skirt, or that they might ride up and defeat the purpose. They also made an extra layer of heat in the summertime. The alternative was just to make sure I didn't walk too much. Even worse, what if he put his hand on my thigh and felt that awkward lump under the skirt? I couldn't help but think of them as my "fat girl panties" or "fat girl scuba gear." I certainly did not feel like a beautiful woman or sexy or attractive. I felt embarrassed. I know that skinny girls wear them too for shaping, but I still felt awkward and unattractive.
After I got married, I still had a preoccupation with it. My husband loved my body, but that thigh-chafing problem really embarrassed me, so I would dress out of eye-shot when I wore a skirt and I never wore shorts.
Bandalettes have been a complete blessing. They look like lingerie and don't make you feel like you're wearing granny panties under your clothes. They look like something you wore deliberately to feel pretty and feminine. They don't look like something you're wearing "to keep your thighs from rubbing." They look just like an attractive addition to your garment - like an accessory.
When I first pulled them out I worried about the fit. If you measure like they ask you to, you really have nothing to worry about. These are NOT tight, nor do they feel snug. They fit comfortably and stay up nicely. I tend to buy loose clothing (especially pants) and I have no complaints on how these fit. You can feel that they work as soon as you try them on. Where skin used to grip, it now just glides easily past. The lace is not scratchy and holds it's pattern well when put on.
They are made in China, designed in the US.
They are hand wash, but really that's pretty easy. The packaging is attractive and subtle, I'm including a picture.
For sizing, definitely measure your thigh. Mine was smaller than the pant size recommendation and it fits perfectly!
I can't say enough about this wonderful design and I'm going to order more colors today if they are available in my size.
Thank you Bandalettes! I finally feel feminine and attractive again! Now I can wear more of the clothes I love.

Work pretty good, but falls apart right away
***********UPDATE: I am changing my review, because these completely fell to pieces after exactly three uses. The sticky inner elastic peeled right off the fabric, just from me wearing them. I really wanted these to work, but it seems they aren't built to last. ******************
I work in a hospital and have to wear scrubs for my job. My scrubs are very comfortable, but because of the way they're shaped, the crotch tends to hang down too far and the very top of my thighs tend to rub together. I have folliculitis so all the rubbing is causing me to get cysts all over my upper inner thigh. I've been looking for a solution for a while, first I tried bike shorts, then men's boxer briefs. I ran into the same problem, it was really uncomfortable to have so many layers on, and it got way too hot. Finally I found out about these bands and thought why not. I was very very very skeptical. I've tried thigh high stockings/socks before and they NEVER stay up. I really didn't see why this would be any different.
So, these do actually work really well, and I've now used them for two 12 hour shifts without fail. The ONLY reason I got these to work, though, is because of a tip I saw on here which I greatly appreciated. Placement is everything. They only work if the inside of the band is up higher than the outside. The inside of the band needs to be up literally as high as it can go, like almost touching your underwear, or they will roll down. But if you have them just in the right spot, they are not going anywhere. I ran around this hospital, up and down hallways, squatting, bending, assisting patients, and they did not move. My other tip is that if you go to the bathroom, make sure you check your positioning after you pull your underwear back up, because that is the one thing that will mess with them.
They work perfectly for my purposes, but I only gave them four stars because I'm really unsure as to how they would work if I were to wear them with a skirt. It seems like they aren't long enough, they don't go far enough down my inner thigh to completely eliminate all the areas my thighs rub together. The other thing is they aren't breathable AT ALL. I could feel myself sweating under the bands like crazy. Still, much less hot than wearing three layers.

I previously owned some Bandelettes and they lasted me almost two years with many wearing/washings before they fell apart- a good deal, I think
I bought two pairs of these bandelettes about a month apart and the latter pair has completely fallen apart after only several times wearing them and one hand washing- the silicone elastic has peeled off halfway around both bands. I previously owned some Bandelettes and they lasted me almost two years with many wearing/washings before they fell apart- a good deal, I think. And the other pair I bought recently is doing fine. I am slightly between sizes (C is a little too small and D is a little too big) and the smaller size is the one that fell apart. So maybe because they were too small the silicone got pulled off? Or maybe it was a manufacturing fluke? Either way I love these bands and they work really well- both the lace and smooth versions. And for the price, if I get 1-2 years out of them again, I would be happy. AlumiGogo was very kind to issue me a credit to re-order a new pair even though the return window had expired. So the moral of the story is: choose your size carefully and return them for a proper size if you guess wrong when ordering them.

Great for my thunders!
Ladies, we can finally toss the deodorant...these things work! I was hella skeptical because my thunder thighs are crazy resistant to any sort of chub rub defense. My drumsticks just love rubbing up against each other too much. But that crap has got to stop! So I ordered the black, lacey Bandelettes in F, because I figured I needed as big as I could get. Turns out, I really should have measured first because my thighs are 29" and the E's would have fit better. Not that the little bit of looseness in the F's affected their performance - I wore them while walking at least 5 hours at a music festival and they stayed put without me ever needing to adjust them! I couldn't believe it! My delicate inner thigh skin was preserved, not a chub-rub in sight and they're so feminine and romantic looking that I didn't even care if someone caught a peek at that beautiful lace. Way sexier than my usual biker shorts. Love that I can wear dresses all day now without worrying about my thunders overheating.

I love the concept of these
I love the concept of these, I ordered a size down as recommended, well actually, apparently my thighs are different sizes, the left is the top end of one size range and the right is the bottom end of the next size range up so I went with the smaller size figuring that one inch would not make that much of a difference. I wore them to work one day last week, and they worked! they were comfortable, no rubbing, very slight 'swish' sound as I walked but no worse than wearing panty hose and the swishing from them. They stayed up all day, didnt have to adjust them at all. Took them off in the evening and hopped into bed. The next morning I noticed, through my nightgown, something that looked like a lumpy ridge on my right thigh, so I took a peek. Yikes, a line of about four large fluid filled blisters! So I checked round both thighs and noticed red and slightly bumpy areas on both thighs in the area, top and bottom, that the silicone gripper strip is. They are not painful, dont itch, not even the blisters hurt unless I catch one on something, very odd. I dont know if I am allergic to silicone or if the Bandalettes are too tight, that might explain the blisters only on my larger thigh. Has anyone else had this issue? I was not aware of any rubbing or irritation while I was wearing them. Do I try the next size up? Will they fall down? Not sure what to do. I am so disappointed as they worked really well at stopping Chub Rub!

YEEES...HONEY... YEEEES! lol
This is a great product, simply because it's going to change how I feel about wearing dresses for long periods of time, and no longer getting those irritable friction bumps (ugh)! The quality appears to be great and long lasting, and I believe that the lace gives it a nice sexy appeal in the event they end up showing. The material is non-itchy, and has a little plastic non-slip band on the top and the bottom of the band to avoid rolling and slipping which will only be useful if you order your correct size. The product is true too but size IF you correctly measure your thighs before ordering. My measurement is a 25.25, and I ordered a 25"-26" and I have ZERO complaints- the fitting a great. Four star rating because I have yet to wear them in public. I hope to give a positive review about them not losing their elasticity after a few wears.... but I'll be updating AS SOON as possible, I'm excited about these sexy little game changers!!!

I really wanted these to work
I really wanted these to work great. There are others on AlumiGogo for less with the same photo but I chose to go with the "name brand". I measured the widest part of my thigh as recommended by the seller so I would order the right size.
Slid it onto my left leg and it seemed fine. The right leg however kept rolling over so that the top row of silicone anti slip wasn't making contact with skin. I bent over to put on my shoes and the back side of the bandelette slid down (then I remember those panty hose years ago with the same silicon top--same thing, when you bent over they pulled down in the back). I pulled them back up--adjusted them as some of the reviews mentioned but they still kept rolling over and pulling down. I had no choice and had to go with it as I had to wear a dress in almost 90 degree heat. By the time I got to my event they both were rolled over. I tried unsuccessfully to keep pulling them up and then uncomfortably kept them on throughout the event. They appear longer in the photo than they actually are. I was sooo hopeful for a pretty ad sexy alternative to petty pants.

I wasn't sure how to feel at first but after getting used to the feeling I like them a lot! They don't slip and they're not uncomfortable. The elastic pieces hold it up well. The size seems true to the measurement which is great. My measurement is 26 in so I went with the 25-26 in and it fits great. It got here really quickly too! My only complaint is it does make a bit of a sound when you walk.
P.s. sorry the pic is at a bit of a weird angle, I don't have a full length mirror and I wanted to be modest as well. 😊

Measure! Then buy with no regrets!
These are fantastic! I work overnights and wear dresses regularly to the office, I've been using the deodorant style anti-chafing rubs and wanted a longer lasting option. Ding Ding ladies!! This is it! So comfortable I fell asleep in them! No marks, no uncomfortable "digging in"
I did measure my thigh to get an accurate size rather than guessing, but it is definitely true to that measurement. I have 25" thighs here I needed them to fit- obviously the largest point! And they do take some fine tuning to make sure that they don't roll, but once you find that spot- they don't move!!
There is a rather tell-tale "swish" when you walk, but better that than the uncomfortable and often painful feeling when chafing occurs or that rub on wears out!
I got the lacy ones and they are sexy and soft to the touch with the silicone on the top and bottom.
These are amazing! Highly recommended and can't wait to purchase additional colors!!!
