5 Stars By Annie H. on 1969-12-31 So far we LOVE it! Here are some helpful assembly tips! We purchased the 14ft square Skywalker trampoline with the camo spring mat. The tramp came in two boxes, the first box came the day it was expected to arrive with Prime shipping. The second box came the next day. It's a good idea to have an idea where you want the UPS man to place the boxes because they weigh over a hundred pounds each.
Assembly took about 3.5 hours with myself, husband and two sons (ages 8 and 11). Directions are decently easy to read, we had a couple times we had to take things apart. If you ordered one and it hasn't arrived- screenshot or write down these tips that will help for a speedy set up and can help to avoid mistakes:
1. We separated the parts so we knew we had them all. There is a "parts list" in the back of the manual that we didn't see until we finished set up.
2. When placing the screws with washers in the first part of assembly. Refer to chart 3 on page 13- some places need TWO washers and some only require ONE washer. If you place two washers on each screw, you will run out and have to take it apart.
3. When placing the enclosure net onto the jumping mat (page 14), the enclosure net has a "warning label" sewn onto it- that label HAS to be on the outside of the net- for it to fit right. So just think of someone reading the label while they are standing on the ground, before they enter the tramp.
4. When you assemble the enclosure poles (page 17), the "slightly bent" pole has screw holes at both ends- the end with ONE screw hole will connect with the straight pole. The end with TWO screw holes will be the top of the safety pole and will be attatched to the green caps and top of the enclosure with the bolt with the black knob.
5. Be careful when inserting the foam enclosure poles into the metal socket (page 19, step 5), it is sharp on the square end of the pole, and it takes some force to pull the pole into the slot. Also make sure the foam is pushed up towards the green cap or it will tear when you seat the enclosure poles.
So far it seems very bouncy. We were not missing any parts. I will update if I have any issues, but we are impressed with the trampoline so far. Note that it is not exactly "square", it's square shaped with round corners, instead of pointed corners.
5 Stars By Twinpossible on 2017-03-03 AN A+ PURCHASE FOR MY LITTLE GYMNASTS & THE WHOLE FAMILY (Was going to buy a rectangle - read why I am glad I did not, etc.) NO FLAWS I CAN SEE! 1st off, I would recommend the assembly. It was sooo nice not having to do all of that work. Me and hub have bad backs, etc. so if you are a body builder, go for it, but the guy who did it had a lot of tools and it took him a bit less than 2 hours but all he ever does is assemble trampolines, so it would have taken us a week, LOL. The price paid was well worth it.
Also, my newly (yesterday) 7 year old twins could not have been happier when we surprised them b4 school. They hopped right on board. It's a bday gift for the whole family really! I called Skywalker, as originally I was going to purchase the rectangle. Glad I did not. My girls are gymnasts, and I heard that is the big choice for them, BUT this is better.. why? Whelp, we called and they explained to us, that a rectangle is very uneven in its bounce. The middle holds the vast majority of the bounce, but the other sections are not, the sides not at all, while the square has an equal (and might I add) very very good bounce throughout the entire area.. from corner to corner. You have much more space to work with in a whole, and if someone is in the middle, the kid on the corner doesn't fly off into the sunset. I feel it was a SAFER choice, especially when you have more than one child on it at a time.
They also said the 15x15 has the least bounce of these. The 13x13 the most, and this one is second with a really, really good amount of bounce. Makes sense... bigger isn't always better. So this was PERFECT for our family! The twins are 48 lbs. each and get very good bounce, and the heavier you get the more you get, so it's soooooo much better than any other trampolines I have been on. The round ones cannot compare.
Thankfully, as we don't have a huge yard, we were able to fit it, and it's high enough up to allow the dogs to go under, so they have room. (I have 3 Huskies. Yeah, I know, lol.) I just purchased the ladder, as it's high, but you can tell it's VERY high in quality, great closure, very secure netting and poles, love the camo (not so cheesy looking and will fade less in the sun, and blends in with the yard.) So far, nothing but positives. Had I gone with the rectangle, my dare devils would have been fighting for the middle to bounce highest, and I just know somebody would have gotten hurt quite easily.
I also thought a rectangle would be better space wise, but somehow this square was much less obtrusive than me and my husband expected. We measured and it definitely isn't AS bad as our minds expected. You get the most room and bang for your space and for your buck. The kiddos and parents are very happy. 5 STARS!!!! No missing pierces. If there was any, we didn't know, and Steve handled it, but he did not say anything. Our bad luck.. something would have gone wrong, as usual, had we done it, HA HA. But We are loving it!!!! All went perfectly, and of course, we had very high winds the very 1st day after assembly. It's not budging. We MIGHT buy wind stakes, but not sure we will ever have winds high enough to move this thing. It's damn solid!
Solid purchase, awesome price! I predict many years of use!!!!
5 Stars By AlumiGogo Customer on 2016-06-26 Solid purchase Bought this a week ago for our three children, who are admittedly a bit young for such a big trampoline but who all like to jump together and had outgrown the 7' trampoline that we had. Assembly was pretty straightforward with no major hiccups, taking about 4 total man-hours to complete.
After a week with the trampoline our kids love it and kids from all over the neighborhood love it as well. I've jumped on it myself and found it to be a bit 'squishier' than a typical circular trampoline, but you get good bounce all over the mat (even close to the side) and can get pretty high. The safety net utilizes a neat design that does indeed secure it to the mat at every point there's a spring and preventing anyone from making contact off of the mat. As another reviewer said the camo actually makes it blend well with the yard rather than the typical blue/red/other bright color that those mats tend to be.
Overall a solid trampoline and I'm glad we bought it. Only been a week but no glaring weaknesses that I see.

It took me roughly a few hours or so by myself setting up this trampoline. I have to say that the instructions are fairly well detailed, but you cannot follow them step by step. I found myself backtracking when it came to setting up the net. In addition, when installing the pad, you cannot install the pad and the mat at the same time. It's just not possible if you do it by yourself or even with help. You must find a way to mix some of the steps up to make it work. When setting up the poles for the net, you also have to make sure the poles are connected the right way. The one part of the pole with two holes at the top, the other side with one hole at the bottom that the screw goes in... and the instructions do not explain this. So far the trampoline seems well built and sturdy. This is my second skywalker trampoline and I'll just say that if you put it up, hopefully you never have to take it down. Easier to buy a new one.

Honestly everything is good but it literally seems to lack the bouncyness of other trampolines. I have been on olympic rectangular trampolines and expected some of the advantage to be in this trampoline, as I said though, it lacks bounce. It is very big, on the plus side. I don't like bouncing with the enclosure, it feels restricted. Young children and their parents appreciate the sides.
5 Stars By Richard Y. on 2017-04-16 Well built and worth it! We did the research and decided to spend the extra money on this trampoline. We are glad we did. Very well built and parts all solid. You get what u pay for. You need two people and a couple hours to assemble.

2 Stars By AlumiGogo Customer on 2017-04-20 Instructions not good Trampoline looks like it will be nice if we ever get it put together! The instructions are terrible! The parts are numbered in the diagrams, but there is no page to tell you which piece or bolt is associated to which number!!! Not clearly written AT ALL!
5 Stars By Kyligirl on 2015-04-15 Wow. Just wow. We love this trampoline! The frame is super heavy duty and my husband put it together in just a couple of hours. My kids couldn't be happier.
