FINALLY!!!! Wow. I am a happy girl. I have been looking for YEARS - too many - to find something to make a few pair of (too big) shoes to fit! I have two pair of Prada shoes which I purchased at a deep discount (LUCKY ME!) but one was always a bit too long and the other is a full size too long. As some of you may know, often some of the higher-end European pumps are somewhat narrow so buying a bit bigger size MAY turn out ok. In my case, the width is fine (my foot is not narrow, necessarily, but not wide either) anyway....I have always put an extra ball of foot type insert (or two) to get them to tighten up and somewhat push my foot back into the shoe (or heel) so I did not come out of them while walking. This is sometimes ok; perhaps with lower heels or flats. However, with very high heel (and again somewhat narrow with a smallish toe box) - this method of extra inserts pushes the toes up into the roof of the shoe which can hurt! It makes the toe box even tighter but I would STILL be sliding out the back of the heel when walking. My point is that these little geniuses win on both counts because they DO NOT crowd the entire toe area AND they push the foot up and back enough to the heel so I'm not walking out of them!!! Amazing!
Over the years I have thought someone should invent something like this....and they have! I haven't had them long and assume the may get compressed after a number of times of wearing but, they are rather spongy so I figure I may be able to rinse in warm or hot water and get them to expand again (?!?!) and FYI: I said spongy---I mean they are soft feeling in the shoe and not hard or uncomfortable- but not TOO soft to where you think they'll be flattened and useless in 10 minutes. As I said before, however, I have not worn these but twice now so I can't say how long they'll keep their form.
Regardless, given the substandard alternatives I mentioned, they're the best option we have for the problem! I completely think you should at least try them out! I know I've written a lot here, but anyone who has the same history with high-high heels fitting properly will know EXACTLY What I'm talking about. '
UPDATE: Another great thing is as a 40-something woman with pre-menstrual and possibly perimenopausal symptoms like water gain --- there are times I've noticed my shoes can be looser or tighter, depending on the day AND/OR weather temperature! Anyhow, I have a favorite pair of shoes that are ALWAYS big, but again, some days, they are less so due to the above reasons. Getting to the point---some days I have the full one size of these in and some days (when my feet are NOT swollen) I added the 1/2 size to the same shoes. SO---making them a full 1 1/2 size more snug. I hope I've been clear; and possibly helpful to someone out there!

Waste of money. Put in some too large loafers and they are not smoosh enough, out painful pressure on my toes. I’m afraid there was no good solution for the pair of shoes I had, just needed a size down, plain and simple.

Meh... caused more proems than solved
I think the idea behind these is genious. However, I tried them in a few different pairs of heels, and they caused my toes to feel very scrunched up. I don’t find them to be worth the pain.

These are a joke
These are a joke. Stuff Kleenex in your shoes. Does the exact same thing and Kleenex is easier to position.

These worked for me :)
I purchased a pair of shoes that were sized incorrectly; too big and all sales final. Ta-Da, these work perfectly.

These aren't quite the solution I was hoping for. They bother my toes a little bit. I do like them better than the heel solutions for making a pair of shoes that is too long wearable. However, I find that for me, if I'm not wearing socks they are too bothersome.

Works better than expected for the price
Works better than expected for the price. Not an awesome product but not terrible. Good that they come in multiple sizes.

Not for sneakers.
Does not work for sneakers. Not high enough, and just flips.
