Comfortable, but leather stitches tore through after about 35 days.
They fit well except the elastic for the tongue has very little room to stretch and it's uncomfortable getting my feet into the shoes without bunching up the socks in the process. While wearing, the top is just a little uncomfortable due to the tightness.
After wearing for just over a month, every other day or so, the stitching for one of the elastic straps tore through the leather, making the shoe slightly more comfortable, but now damaged looking and likely to continue to tear until it's unusable.
I think these shoes need some redesign of the elastic part to offer more stretch for putting on and taking off without excessive stress on the stitching.
Since this happened after the typical 30 day return for AlumiGogo, and the price wasn't that high, I didn't try to return them.

Comfortable and Stylish
This is my 2nd time purchasing these and I will be ordering a 3rd pair soon as there is already worn tread on the bottom. VERY comfortable. There is a difference from the 1st pair and this pair in color. The first was a richer (darker) color. This pair was a medium brown. I liked them both but prefer the 2nd pairs coloring. Just saying you might get some variation.
They are very easy slip on and stay on comfortably. The one issue is if I wear them in the rain and end up on a shiny, buffed floor as in a hospital or office they squeak. It's bc the regular wear and tear dirt gets washed off the bottom of the shoes. Then walking on a buffed floor where there is no dirt causes to the two surfaces to rub and squeak. It only lasts a short bit until you walk a bit on a regular floor. Other than that they're great.

Good Arch Support
Taking a decidedly unscientific approach, I went to the local shoe store looking for a pair that had good arch support and comfort out of the box, without add-ons and settled on a pair of these in another model. Was so impressed with them that I came here to get a different style pair so I would have the basic black and brown colors covered. The fit across models is the same. They got the inside of the shoe right and the outside is just sharp enough to get by in almost any situation.
The most important thing to me is getting the arch support I need and this line of shoes fills that need well. I haven't had them long enough to address any issues as to how long they last but will be sure to update accordingly. I would like to get a year out of them... we'll see.

From tennis shoes to Sketchers
Sketchers are consistently more comfortable than tennis shoes. I used to never think I wouldwear anything other than tennis shoes but I tried sketcher for the business casual look and found out they are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.
This is my third pair of slip on but my first of this model. Same comfort. But these appear to be losing tread faster and that is the only complaint about Sketchers. The rubber tread goes away so quick until they are bare in contact places. I walk a lot for my job but still. I wish Sketchers could change the rubber to a longer lasting type.

OK for daily wear. Not better than previous sketchers.
Fit is good. 5/5. True to the size.
Comfort is moderate 4/5. Even though memory foam, it lacks arch support and heel cushioning. The foam flattens very easy and not much benefit. Gel might have been a better support.
Form factor and aesthetics is moderate 3/5. Has a wider look at the base of the toes, which surprised me since previous sketchers bought 5 years ago were not so.
The inlet is tight on the front of the ankle and may compress certain nerves causing numbness of toes. May be this will ease as the elastic lossens with wear.

They look nice enough with black slacks for a upscale hotel/restaurant
I wear these shoes for work as a bartender, with a typical shift lasting 8-10 hours. They look nice enough with black slacks for a upscale hotel/restaurant. They are comfortable and provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces, including the mixed grease & water found in the kitchen. They keep my feet dry from the ubiquitous splashes associated with this work. They clean up easily and nicely with a polishing brush. I plan to purchase inserts for greater arch support. Better arch support would earn these shoes a 5-star rating.

Very comfortable casual shoe
I bought these to wear to work. These are some of the most comfortable shoes you can get that are also good looking.
They are very well made and look great with jeans or khakis.
I've had these shoes for 2 years now and they are still good.
They have very good traction and I can wear these all day without my feet hurting.
I recommend these shoes.

It's a good looking shoe and I've purchase Skechers previously so was surprised by this one. No all the Loafers are alike in terms of size cut. I had another "relax fit slip-on" style and was a bit too relaxed but kept it. This model -- the foot holewould not allow me to get my foot in easily and once in, had more than an inch of shoe in front of all my toes. The model I kept was a bit loose, sloppy, but had about 1/2 inch of space in front of my toes. So, this is very inconsistent, and therefore unpredictable to me. Thankful for the Returns Policy here at AlumiGogo... or would not have "tried" it. I was hopeful in these, but feel I need to keep looking since "Tom McCan" no longer exists for "loafers" - perfect fit everytime, for years at 7 1/2, plain black loafer. -- Hope that helps someone. Give it a try - if you have "odd" shape feet this many be what you need. Again, I don't know how anyone is supposed to insert their foot with an opening cut that far back in the shoe -- unless your feet look like a sausage in a stick.

Great shoe for the money
Over-all a good shoe. I would recommend based on comfort. We're I to make a fuss about this shoe it would be that the sole wears out rather quickly...but I guess comfort over design it wins.
The shoe itself, slightly large. I think cod be a little closer to size would be of great bebefit meaning; a little sloppy on upper spacing for actual foot size.
The leather used on upper is top grade for shoe in this category.
Yep, I'd recommend for the average buyer!!

Sketchers never fail to perform with style
I've owned many Sketcher's shoes over the years. I had a pair that I just retired after 14 years of faithful use. I'm in the medical field so I wear scrubs and tennis shoes all the time. My Sketchers are my dress up shoes. They do slightly differ than the picture; the picture appears that the toe of the shoe points up slightly, but it does not. It's flat and does narrow in appearance toward the toe. I wear a 9 (normal width) and out of the box these fit fine. They are very stiff in the beginning, but after a few hours of wear they relax. The sole of the shoe is super squishy (memory foam) and really supportive. The first time I wore these I had them on for 12 hours solid with no issue. I did weatherproof them ( like I do with all my shoes). I had looked at these in local stores for about double the price I paid here so I was delighted when I came across them on AlumiGogo!
