The concept of this item is fantastic. It does make foam soap like advertised
We ordered this back in April (it's late July now). Our has the common issue of the push pump sticking and having to be pulled back up. Ours also has slowly developed a number of hairline cracks all along the bottom of the container. It's now leaking soap onto the counter under it. We never dropped it once. In fact, it's never moved from the back of our counter next to the sink. There's probably 6 or 7 cracks now. Every time I pick it up, there's a new crack.
The concept of this item is fantastic. It does make foam soap like advertised. But the quality of the item is very low in my experience. I would not recommend this item, as I do not believe it would last more than a few months for anyone.
Edit: I've attempted to contact the manufacturer about this pump. We've had it 4 months, and it's developing cracks all around the bottom which let soap pour out onto our counter. The manufacturer has not responded to my inquiries for replacement. Due to this, I will be removing another star. The manufacturer does not have good service, and the item is going in the trash after 4 months. I would stay away from this pump at all costs. The concept is fantastic, but the quality is very low.

Works well. Looks good.
My primary worry about this product, that it would not be stable, proved unfounded. Produces a nice foam. I am sure the thickness of this foam is directly related to the quality of soap and amount of dilution, so you should experiment. I have it resting on a porcelain surface which I thought would prove slippery. But, when full of soap solution, the unit is very stable. I'll have to see if that changes as I use up the solution.
Would have given five stars but with no free shipping option this unit is very expensive. Too expensive in my view. Particularly when the shipping alacrity was unimpressive.
I do appreciate the limited amount of graphics and no visible branding by the manufacturer. Thank you. No need for one more surface in my home to be an advertisement or bear some elaborate decoration. Functional items such as this should reflect their utilitarian nature and be simple, unobtrusive. This is just so.
The pocket at the back of the dispenser for holding my dish washing scrubby is a real plus. No more rooting around for it under the dirty dishes or trying to guess where my wife has hidden it. I'll have to see if that pocket gets dirty and is easy to clean. It will probably motivate me to keep my scrubby cleaner by running it through the dishwasher more often!
UPDATE: 3 months on and the product has not gummed up and it is in daily use at the kitchen sink. This despite the fact that I did not follow the clearly marked lines for filling on the bottle and made the solution too soapy. However, perhaps my fears about stability have been borne out. My wife managed to knock the unit into the sink, cracking it. (Her defense - the thing should be designed to withstand a drop into the sink!) So it now leaks slightly where cracked. Not enough for me to immediately attempt a repair. When it is near empty I will clean and fix the leak with plastic cement or super glue. Still highly recommend the unit, and the caddy for my scrubby has proven very helpful.

Good idea, needs a re-work
I've owned this product for 8 months. And the idea of making my own foaming soap is great. I'd been doing it with an old bottle for several years, but the mechanism finally gave out. So I got this one. Foaming soap AND a place to hold my sponge.
Except it doesn't work out quite that way.
The foaming action is fine, but the pump often takes over a minute to reset to the up position. And the sponge holder? No drainage. For an item that is wet. A couple weeks in I noticed the holder was filled with stinky bleh.
So a good idea, but there are improvements to be made.

Great idea, but plastic cracked and had to throw away.
I purchased this product Fall 2016 and had to already throw away. One day I discovered it was leaking from the bottom and soap was all over my counter. It was never hit on a hard surface and could never find the crack in the plastic. It probably would have lasted a very long time if the plastic was made different and/or the seams were re-enforced.

An Excellent Value!
I have been using this for a few months now, and am very pleased with how it is holding up. I like that it gives you fill markings, and it's really helping to save money on handsoap for us. We are now using about 1/4 the amount we used to, with the added benefit of saving a little water too, as the foam rinses off more quickly than thick soap. I find that it also stays cleaner than my old soap dispenser, which dripped. I don't really expect this to last too long and will update when the pump goes, but for now it is an excellent value!!

This works great, and uses far less soap than a regular pump. However, mine has recently broken so that the pump won't come back up after you press it. You have to pull it up manually to get more soap. Then, the other day, when pulling it back up the pump part came off so it doesn't really work at all.

Started leaking within a few of weeks. It isn't well constructed. Of course, it was right outside the return window. DON'T BUY IT!
(By the way, I did give them a second chance and bought a second one a few weeks later and the same thing happened.)

I like having this for economical purposes plus love foam soap
I like having this for economical purposes plus love foam soap! The only thing is two problems the pump is quite short and gives quite a bit of resistance. Plus the sponge gets stinky really fast and mold grows really fast due to there not being any holes for air to circulate through the sponge chamber/pocket. I plan on drilling a few holes in it tomorrow to possibly resolve this issue. Hopefully it doesn't crack!

Nope. The pump give out after a few refills and the bottom of the bottle has a seam that separates. Good concept. Not having to refill small bottles was the reason I bought this. Too bad it was made poorly.

Not happy with quality at all
Wasn't the most horrible dispenser I've bought, but pretty close. Soap leaks around the pump base area right off the bat. The spout that the soap comes out of came out within a week and I had to keep putting it back in. Threw it in the trash and bought a kitchen aid dispenser that I'm happy with.
