Not the same quality!
Beware! I have four pair of PowerStep ProTech orthopedic inserts and love them. They are great for my problems with plantar fasciitis, high arches, and over pronation. I ordered two new pair from a different seller and noticed some major differences immediately. The new inserts (1) have a rounded bottom instead of the molded heel; (2) have a shallower heel cup; and (3) have a smaller arch support.
Seeing these major differences, I then found a number of minor differences including: (4) the U.S. Patent number is missing; (5) the labeling is faded; and (6) a ridge line is detectable under the arch.
I looked at the packaging and a small label has been applied to the box that states; "New, Improved PowerStep." I can say, with no hesitation, these new inserts are NOT IMPROVED over the originals. They appear much more cheaply made and do not provide the deep cup and high arch that the original inserts have. Either these are cheap knockoffs or PowerStep has changed their design. I'm not sure which but I am sending these two new pair back. I will try attaching photos but since this is my first time to post a review, I'm not sure if I'll be successful.

Replaced my Expensive Customer Orthotics
I'm a supinator, so I have a tendency to put a lot of pressure on the outer edges of my feet, causing bone bruises when I run farther distances.
A few years back, I did a 30K and ended up with a bone bruise on the bottom of my foot. A podiatrist verified this with an x-ray and sold me a $300+ pair of custom orthotics that did NOT work and caused new pains in my achilles, and I got blisters all over my feet in the arches and tops of both feet just walking in them... She then sold me another pair of orthotics that were over-the-counter and also did not work. I wasted a lot of money and didn't know what to do except stop running for the year.
The next year, I got a bone bruise on the bottom of my other foot. I went to a different podiatrist, who told me to try these. He sold them out of his office, and they really worked. I was able to finish my first marathon, and I'm grateful to him.

Actually, just started using them since I have some other additional options. Today am wearing in an already comfortable shoe (Clark's Slip Ons) and they still make a good difference. Also, I did not have to remove the shoe's existing support. (sometimes you must do that with the highly advertised and very expensive "The Arch Support Store". I ordered Women's 7-7.5 Powrstep Protech Full Length PRO. I wear a 7 and they fit great; not adjustments needed to fit the 2 pair of shoes I have used thus far. I cannot, however, use them in dress flats; these supports are too thick. I bought the Powerstep Slender Fit for my flats.

If they work for you, I'd recommend the quality.
Didn't like them. Doesn't mean they are not a good product, just didn't work for me. Could be my feet are different from "ideal", but tried these and they didn't work for me. They are well built, feel like they would last, but my feet wanted a different shape and support level. The only way you can find out is to try them. The days "the shoe store" are gone. Thank you AlumiGogo for your return policy,

Pay close attention to sizing and get these because they're super comfortale
Very comfortable. I put them in an 11 wide women's shoes-- they're a little too wide and a smidgen too short but they fit. In other words, these are sized more for mens shoes but I made them work. After working today with these insoles vs several other insoles I've tried, my feet hurt like 80% less. I'm thrilled. The arches are a little high for me but it was not uncomfortable somehow. The only annoying thing is that because they were just shy of filling out the toe, my toes rubbed around in my shoes a little too much. I'm keeping these because they're excellent but I sure wish they were sized between men & women's widths and actually women's 11-11.5 instead of just shy of women's 11 in length.

Happy Feet 👣
These were recomended by a podiatrist, & I'm so happy I found them online. I have severe arthritis on tops of both feet along with bunions. The doc cautioned that I may need to ease into them, but I've been wearing them constantly since. I place old pairs in shoes I don't wear often for yard work, winter boots, etc. I highly recommend!

Try These If You Need a Good Quality Orthotic
Can't even tell you how many pairs I have bought this year. I put them in every pair of shoes I can. They give me very good support and have enabled my foot to heal. I will keep wearing and replacing in shoes. I can't believe the flimsy inserts that come with expensive $100+ shoes. All have to be replaced with these excellent orthotics. I wear a medium and they always fit right in without having to trim. Highly recommend particularly if you have custom orthotics that only fit one pair of shoes (New Balance) like I have.

Same as my podiatrist sells, for nearly half the price!
I wanted a set of Powerstep Pro Techs for a new pair of shoes and before I went back to the podiatrist to buy them, I checked here on amazon. Well! Same item, almost half the price.
I have gone through more custom-made orthotics than I want to admit to, but none of them were as good as these right out of the box. I have plantar fasciitis and the heel cradle definitely hits my foot in the right place to help with the heel pain. The instep height seems perfect. And the inserts do not pick up foot or shoe smells so I've never been tempted to toss a pair for that reason. (They can be spot cleaned but are not recommended to be immersed in water.)
Best part, to me, you can slip them right into your shoes and start walking. There's not a horrendously long break-in time. Just a few hours a day for the first few days, and then full-time. As far as I was concerned, I forgot I even had them in the shoes after the second day. Although if you're not used to having orthotics at all, I suppose it might take longer.
Bonus points: Got great service from the seller, too!

Great Product but cant handle racquetball play.
I have flat feet and have had many problems with my feet. Problems usually occur after wearing crocs too much during warmer months. These have corrected all my problems and I use in all my shoes and boots. They don't hold up to racquetball play and get holes in the toe and heal. I just keep wearing them out and replacing.

This is my second time purchasing the Protech Full Length Orthotic Supports. The first time was at least a couple years ago with a not so favorable review. I tried so many different orthotic supports between then and now. After reading review after review I decided to give these a try one more time. I bought a pair of Chuck Taylor Converse and there was no way I could wear them without any additional support. I put my old Protech Full Length Orthotic Supports in the Chucks. It made the difference between me being able to wear them and not being able to wear them. Time for new Chucks and new Protech Full Length Orthotic Supports. I can tell a big difference in the brand new Protech Orthotic Supports over the old ones. I have to admit they are not as comfortable yet, but I think they need time to mold to my feet like the older ones. When I first tried these supports they were a little uncomfortable. They do take sometime getting adjusted to. Now I don't know how I would get by without them. I do have flat feet. When I buy a new pair of shoes, I buy a pair of Protech Full Length Orthotic Supports to go along with them.
