and confetti cake waffles and all clean up is easy as.
First waffle maker and boy have i been missing out. I already made waffles, waffled brownies, and confetti cake waffles and all clean up is easy as.......waffles?.... Just a quick wipe with some paper towel everything comes right off. Only complaint while holding the top open, I assume its not ment to rotate over until its shut. Well its pretty easy for it to spin anyway and a few times it had slip over and banged my hand or whatever may be on the counter.

I use the highest as I like my waffle a little crispy
what a breeze to use. has three heat settings which is just an extension of cook time. I use the highest as I like my waffle a little crispy. added brown sugar and cinnamon to the batter and was curious how the sugar would do. came out perfect and nothing sticks. paper towel and it's all cleaned up. If you add too much batter, just let it cook and it comes off with the waffle. not enough batter, no problem it will make a waffle with what you have. may not be real pretty but it is a waffle. Highly recommend it as it makes perfect Belgian waffles.

Very nice for the price.
Bought three waffle irons after my awesome iron died. This was the best of the three, actually browns properly on the first batch. The other two were ceramic, they still work but can't get the crispy golden edges like this one does. I had the Waring Pro and it was the best ever, but finally dies and I couldn't find the same model. Pockets on this one not as deep as the Waring but the waffles came out great.

good low cost maker
I works well no issues with it. I really like the pan under the maker that catches all the drips makes clean up a lot faster.
only thing I do not like is that it makes much thinner Belgian waffles then you normally get at a restaurant or my last waffle maker made they are not thin as in "Waffle House waffles".
its not a problem I would just prefer them thicker.

Works great! I make all kinds of things besides waffles
Works great! I make all kinds of things besides waffles. I make grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch and have cooked scrambled eggs in it for breakfast. My grandkids love homemade waffles.

Buy it / you'll like it.
I have enjoyed the Belgian style waffles at various hotel breakfast bars, but was leary of the quality of this item compared to a commercial unit. I a happy to say that this Hamilton Beach Flip Belgian Waffle Maker is well made and turns out great waffles. We even cooked brownies in it and made ice cream sandwiches.

Works as you would expect. I wish I had bought one in which the irons come out for washing, however this is easy to clean. Cooks waffles as light or as dark as your want. I also wish that I had bought one that made a sound when the waffle was ready as this one only has a light.

✔️(10/10) I've made some damn good waffles
Bought this around a month ago-
Okay so like I've made quite a few waffles with this beast so far, and they've all turned out good. Theres a knob to where you can adjust how the waffles come out- softer, or a bit crunchier. The flipping is easy.
It does feel a tad cheap in the hard plastic handle and the hinges, but nothing to even really note for the value.
Amazing, packaging/came on time. Recommended. Works well with Golden Malted and some other classic waffle mix I had in my cupboard.

I love it!!
Works great. Cleaned it, plugged it in and made a batch that received rave reviews. Produced nice lt. Brown, crispy on the outside and soft inside waffles. The secret I think is using melted butter in the mix instead of cooking oil and separating the egg whites and whipping them to fluffy, then carefully folding them into the mixture. Yummy.

Straightforward review, no "Waffling" here!
Does an okay job for the price, but remember you get what you pay for. First, the pros. The drip tray adequately catches all the droppings, and the waffle maker is easy to clean. (I almost bought one with removal plates, but now I don't think that is necessary.) Cons: The cooking is not very even, when you take a waffle out you can see that some areas have browned more than others. The biggest issue for me is that the "Done" light is not very bright so you have to be standing fairly close to see that it is done. This makes for a rather inconvenient breakfast if you are trying to eat and cook more waffles at the same time. I wish that it had a brighter light, or made a noise when the waffle was done, but again you get what you pay for.
