Nice Piece of Furniture
I needed this to hold an ultra thin 32-inch screen TV, in a small space and it does that beautifully. It only took me 10 minutes to put this together, however, this did not come with the four plastic dowels. I've been given a number to contact the company for parts. For the money, I don't really care. I used the bottom shelf to hold photo albums. I would have given this 5 stars had it come with all the parts.
Pros: Perfect for small spaces
Good bang for your buck
Cons: Be careful and don't twist the cylinders too tightly as they shave off the plastic and it curls into little spirals.
Check to make sure all the parts are there before emptying the entire box (like I did)

Great little piece of furniture.
Easy to put together - I didn't look at the instructions and it still took me less than 15 minutes to get all pieces together. I purchased this for my office to have a little extra storage space. For the price it was a great deal! I didn't expect it to be anything more than plastic and particle board for the price, so I'm not at all disappointed. Overall it looks good and the price is great. It seems to be durable, however I wouldn't put anything too heavy on it.

Easy Setup and Versatile
The two tear shelf was a little taller than I expected but it is sturdy and has allowed me to get a lot of stuff put away in the living room. The shelves hold a good amount of weight. The canvas bins hold a limited amount of weight so be aware of that. It was what I needed and we have already put it to good use. Also, there are no tools required to put this shelf together.

Was Exactly What I Expected
I was very wary to buy this product given the 1 star ratings. This verifies my suspicion that we have a bunch of prima-donnas negatively rating some of these products (and causing strife to the rest of us). For the cheap *ss table that I expected it to be, it exceeded my expectations. It works WONDERFULLY for holding baby's books, and it doesn't topple over (though it does shake) when he goes to pull his book of the bookshelf. Was the EASIEST assembly of ANYTHING (even cheap IKEA stuff) that I've ever purchased (thought it was kind of an ingenious assembly strategy). It looks pretty nice, holds light baby toys well, and overall was what we were looking for. If we ever get more wealthy, of course we might replace it with some "real" wood product but, the price was right and this worked great for us.

Sturdy and serves its purpose
Sturdy. We have a few nice things on the top surface and several heavy textbooks on middle shelf. The bottom is full of my roommate's stuff, and the shelf remains sturdy.
This is meant for a child or elementary, middle, high school, or college/graduate school student's apartment or room or office, not for a fancy living room or public space.
I am very pleased with it.

storage rack shelving
the outside packaging, a heavy-duty cardboard box, was in really good shape, but when I opened the box and took out the 3 shelves, 2 of them were broken on the edges where the holes for the poles to go in and the 3rd one had a visible crack in the flat part of the shelf about halfway across it....I needed the shelf immediately and couldn't wait for sending it back (and paying shipping on a heavy item) so I managed to tape up the corners enough to put it together...very disgusted with how it looks....there was not enough of the inner part of the edges that broke off to super glue them or it would have looked a bit better...the product itself is a very nice colored wood and the baskets are nice on the bottom shelf, but the fact that it arrived in such bad shape was more than frustrating.....my rating is because of how the product looked inside, not how the outside packaging was.

Replacement for lack of a bathroom vanity
I had just moved from my house to an apartment and was suffering from lack of counter space in my bathroom. I was accustomed to a10 ft vanity and now have a single sink with maybe 6" on either side I needed something to give me "counter space" as well as storage space. I bought two and placed them side by side and they have worked out nicely. I'm using the bins to store everything that used to be underneath the vanity (extra soaps, cleaning products, shampoos, etc) and the shelves for the items that sat on top of the vanity and in drawers. It has worked out nicely. When assembling make sure the threaded ends of the white legs are below the shelves and not on top or you will end up like I did with the first one and have to take it apart and start over. The second one was a breeze. One of the units didn't set level so I simply loosened the leg making it a little longer and it is now level. A good buy for the money.

Perfect in every way.
Just received today. I'm not a fan of assembling things, this was very easy and sturdy. We put a simi large Sony stereo for the living room corner on it, not a problem. Also the two bin are well made of some sorta fabric, perfect for CDs and DVD.

I ordered a small desk for my mother’s room that matches this shelf unit. It was shipped and delivered quickly. My brother-in-law assembled this unit and the matching desk. It is sturdy enough to hold her desktop computer and printer. It is just a tad wobbly if you try to move it with anything on it, so one would need to do it very carefully. All in all, the value is not bad for the price paid and I’d buy it again knowing what I know now.

I was surprised that the poles were made of hard plastic, but after assembling everything (which was very easy), the table is very sturdy and looks pretty good. Exactly the size I needed. The two baskets at the bottom are nice to have as well.
