Bought 4 of these about 3 months ago for 2 bathrooms because I was tired of replacing expensive pole type baskets that would rust. I don't like the shower caddies that hang on the shower head. So far these work great! The basket is deep enough to hold large bottles and the suction cups are pretty strong (I put a large 32 oz bottle of shampoo plus 2 or 3 other smaller bottles in one of these baskets!). I have 4" ceramic tiles on the bathroom/ shower walls so I had to make sure the locking suction cups where lined up on the flat part of the tiles and not on grout lines ( didn't bother with worrying about the smaller regular suction cups at the back of the basket). Fell off the wall once or twice because I didn't have the suction cup locked down properly. I probably would not recommend this type of product for a bathroom with small tiles or uneven wall surfaces as the suction cups wouldn't work well if there is any kind of a gap underneath the locking suction cups. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!

I am really impressed...once I really figured out how to install them, they do NOT move.
I have 2 heavy, large, salon sized bottles, full of product and with pumps on them. I do not have to take the bottles out to pump the dispenser to get the product into my hand!
Tip: the trick to installing them right is to push in on the lever, and then lock it downward. The pushing is what gets the internal suction cup to really stick.
Tip 2: to remove, pull the lever up, and use a credit card or something similar to get under the internal suction cup.

Works good! Occasionally looses suction
Works good! Occasionally looses suction, but for the most part it holds. Its nice to have the towel in the shower.

Works for me!
I recently had my bath remodeled. I told my contractor that I did not want a towel bar on the wall due to awkward placement, and instead to place it in the shower. Well, he forgot to do that! So, rather than mar my new shower tile with a permanent towel rod, I bought this as a temporary fix while I figure out how best to proceed. I saw the mixed reviews, but figured for $7, what did I have to lose? Well, I hung it in my shower a week ago and it has not budged. I followed the instructions, cleaning the area with alcohol, and applying the suction cups as directed, it is working like a champ. I would prefer if the cups were covered in chrome to match my other fixtures, but the clear is unobtrusive. It definitely meets the need I had. Two thumbs up!

better than I expected
after reading all the reviews on this product I was very reluctant to purchase it, but though, hey, if it doesn't preform as desired I can always send it back for a refund. When it arrived, i followed all the instructions and got it hung. After about 10 minutes one of the suction cups gave way and was just hanging by one suction cup. I re-cleaned the area and the suction cups with glass cleaner and rehung it per instruction. It has now been hanging on the tile wall for over a month with no further problems. I have a large bottle of shampoo and another large bottle of conditioner and one small tube of face wash in the basket and am very pleased with the performance of the basket!

"Power Lock" so not kidding
The suction on this thing is amazing. I opened the package and just nearly threw it on the wall to check it out (didn't clean off the tile as instruction sheet advises or anything), and it grabbed and would not let go, which in that instance was not good, since it was upside down and crooked. Took a little determination to get it off so to set it properly. My only complaint is the size. It's a little longer than needed for one normal-sized bath towel and a little too short for two. Would be nice if they offered two sizes, instead of this single intermediate size. Otherwise a handy, sturdy and fairly attractive product for a good price.

These corner baskets are fantastic. I purchased three for my tub/shower
These corner baskets are fantastic. I purchased three for my tub/shower. They easily suction to the tiled walls. They offer plenty of room for shampoos and condition as well as skin care product. The best past of the description says "will not rust". I've only had them for one week but so far so good. Other products that have the extension pole that extends from the tub side to the ceiling have rusted in less than one month. The price for three baskets was 1/3 the price of the other units. I highly recommend these for storage in the shower.

Nice product - sticks well to my kitchen window
I stuck this on my kitchen window. I put little things in it to try (e.g., bottle parts) and it sticks just fine for that. It's only fallen off once, even though the temperature has been fluctuating a lot. Clever design for how you get the suction cup to work - seems to stay just fine on glass. I like how narrow the holes are between the bars - keeps little 1" pieces inside and also leaves plenty of ventilation for drying.

So much better than a tension rod caddy
I've got a very small shower and no space to put anything. For the past few years I've had tension rod caddies, and I think I average maybe 9 months per caddy and it's impossible to clean around. Once you get this basket secured in the corner of your shower it is solid. I have a couple and the amount of items each basket holds is great. They are very deep and again, once you get them stuck on here they are not going anywhere. The trick I found was to wet the suction cup, use the lever to push it down against the wall, then slowly snap the lever down into place and leave it for about 24 hours to fully dry and secure before you put anything in there. I'm hoping these don't rust at all (no sign yet but I've only had them a short time) but I think even if they do rust a bit later I would probably replace it with the exact same item.

Quite a good item. Had some trouble getting it to stick to the wall it fell of several times before it finally stuck to the wall where i wanted it.

Very happy with the towel rack
Very happy with the towel rack. Have been looking for one for a couple of years . Wanted it to hang a bath math on . It s slippery in tubs. And with a rubber mat getting wet and laying in the wet tub after a shower they get mildew. Also like the snap suction for a better hold.

I purchased this for myself with plans to use it in my stainless steel sink. I purchase these Real Simple cloth type sponge washcloths and I wanted somewhere to hang it to dry so it wouldn't lay in my kitchen sick. This cloth is the best. They last forever, don't stain or smell and can be washed. Now I have the perfect place to hang it when not in use and it hardly takes any room in my sink. The towel bar is little and holds strong. Plus it is very attractive. If it hadn't worked, I would have used it in my bathroom shower for a wash cloth. It would work perfectly in there too. The best part is you can move it where you want. No permanent screw holes to damage your walls.

I bought this to hang my towel on when taking a shower. We have a shower stall with glass walls and no towel hook nearby, so this is a perfect solution. I have mine on the outside of the shower, but I am sure it would perform just as well inside if you wanted to hold a washcloth or something.

This is sturdy enough, and the suction cups strong enough to hold the 5 bottles of shampoo, bubble bath, etc that I have in it. It was only slightly difficult to figure out how to work it correctly. The big suction cups have a big cover over them with a small lever. I found that if you pull the levers up (where they are straight out) and then use them to push the suction cups against the wall, then fold them down... that works best. My only real complaint is that it leans slightly downward. Not too far though, so it's not a big deal, but the bottles do slight forward some.

This towel rack is the perfect width for a standard bath towel folded lengthwise
This towel rack is the perfect width for a standard bath towel folded lengthwise. I installed it on the glass shower door and it has not lett me down yet. Be sure to clean the surface very well, make sure it's thoroughly dry, and then add a miniscule amount of vaseline or similar product to the seal. When you install make sure you have the rod positioned ABOVE the seals, press the cups against the glass, and then push the rod down to get very powerful suction.

Good and not so Good
Works good for the most part, may fall once in awhile but still worth buying.

This gadget was inexpensive, looks nice, and works just as advertised. The size was a little smaller than expected, but not much: 17.5 in wide with 15 in of usable space. No problems. It has handled two wet hand towels on my shower wall without failing for 3 months and counting.

There's really nothing wrong with these baskets. My dilemma was discovering that my shower corners were not perfect 90's. We have small corner areas for holding our bottles now, but they're small and the bottles were constantly getting hit and knocked down. I figured that the baskets would rest comfortably on these prefabbed ledges and remedy this problem forever. Because of my shower style, I was forced to grossly refabricate these things in order to make them work, but somehow I was successful and they are working great.

Does the job we wanted it to do
We just moved to a new condo that lacked a few towel bars. We needed a towel bar to hold a couple of wash cloths while in the shower area. Not wanting to drill holes in ceramic tile, a bar with suction cups was the easy solution. This bar is simple to install and has remained firmly in place for two weeks. So far, so good. I wouldn't hang a heavy towel on it, but if your needs are like ours, this should do the job very well for you. By the way, I looked at Bed Bath & Beyond before ordering to see what they might have. They do not carry any towel bars with suction grips. I found that rather surprising.
